Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting financial records. Handle day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, expense tracking, and documentation. Prepare periodic reports and summaries for management review. Monitor receivables, payables, payments, and follow up on discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. Support GST, TDS, tax documentation, audits, month-end closing, and other statutory or compliance activities as required. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external professionals to resolve accounting queries promptly. Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations. Strong understanding of accounting principles, transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software. High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership of assigned work. Clear communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines in an office-based environment. Compensation: ₹2.4-3 LPA. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Greater Noida.
