This internship provides practical exposure to preparing MIS reports, maintaining records, organizing business data, supporting basic accounts-related activities, and creating regular operational reports. Interns will work with structured spreadsheets and reporting processes under appropriate guidance. Key responsibilities • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Collect, organize, and update business data in Excel or Google Sheets. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, operational data, and reports. • Assist with basic accounting and reconciliation activities. • Prepare data summaries and management reports. • Perform data validation and identify discrepancies in spreadsheets. • Maintain Excel trackers for business and operational activities. • Assist with invoice, payment, expense, and transaction-related records. • Support basic account reconciliation and documentation. • Generate reports based on defined business requirements. • Use formulas, filters, sorting, and PivotTables for data analysis. • Maintain proper documentation and filing of reports. • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information. • Follow reporting formats, deadlines, and internal procedures. • Maintain confidentiality of business and financial information.
