About this role
Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts and develop productive, long-term business relationships. Identify new sales opportunities, follow up on enquiries, and support the conversion of prospects into customers. Understand customer applications and requirements in the polymers industry and coordinate suitable product solutions. Prepare quotations, maintain accurate sales records, and track opportunities through the sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, delivery commitments, and issue resolution. Monitor customer feedback, competitor activity, and market developments to help improve sales planning. Meet agreed account-management and revenue objectives while delivering a professional customer experience. Requirements 0-3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related customer-facing role. Experience in the polymers industry is preferred, with an understanding of polymer products, applications, or industrial customer needs being advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities. Comfort with preparing commercial information, maintaining records, and working with sales targets. Ability to collaborate across teams, learn product details quickly, and manage multiple customer requirements. Applicants at fresher or early-career level with relevant interest and aptitude are welcome. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with annual compensation of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000.
