Technology Next is hiring for the role of Account Assistant! About the Company: Technology Next is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities : Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. Prepare GST & TDS working and assist in filing returns. Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliations. Generate Eway Bills, invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain financial records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements. Assist in payroll processing and other finance-related tasks. Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and financial support. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com preferred). 1-4 years of experience in accounting. Knowledge of Busy Accounting Software. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
