Academic Counselor at AcdyOn Technologies

Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads and conduct consultations with prospective students and working professionals. Understand candidates' career goals, academic backgrounds and professional requirements. Counsel prospects on suitable PhD, DBA, Master's and Executive Education programmes. Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings. Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospects. Address questions and objections professionally and move qualified prospects towards enrolment. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the company's CRM. Work towards individual monthly revenue and enrolment targets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience. Maintain a professional approach while dealing with domestic and international clients. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong confidence and interpersonal skills. A sales-oriented and target-driven mindset. Ability to understand customer needs and influence decision-making.
