Responsibilities: Conduct counselling conversations with prospective students and understand their academic goals, interests, and concerns. Explain relevant courses, programmes, admission processes, and learning options in a clear and helpful manner. Follow up with leads through phone, email, and online communication channels while maintaining accurate records. Support applicants throughout the decision-making and enrolment journey. Coordinate with internal academic and admissions teams to ensure timely resolution of learner queries. Work independently from home while meeting communication, follow-up, and service-quality expectations. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a learner-first approach. Good listening, persuasion, organization, and follow-up abilities. Comfort with online communication tools and maintaining basic lead or applicant information.
