Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and career opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar educational role. Strong understanding of various academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to empathize with students and provide effective guidance. Strong organizational and time management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the education industry is highly preferred.
