Recommend relevant management programmes and explain their value, structure, and suitability. Conduct outbound calls, engage prospective learners, and motivate them to enrol in suitable programmes. Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls and email while keeping candidate interactions organised. Update lead records accurately and track prospects throughout the counselling and sales journey. Work towards monthly sales targets and follow established pre-sales and post-sales processes. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversions and deliver a smooth candidate experience. Requirements: Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi. Passion for sales, self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented approach. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a competitive environment, and work effectively with a team. This is a full-time, work-from-office position operating Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
