Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable STEM programs. Guide prospective customers through the admission process. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrollments. Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets. Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and either Hindi or Telugu is mandatory. Work Details: Location: Urapakkam, Chennai Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Sunday Mandatory) Week Off: Thursday (Fixed)
