Role Summary: We're hiring Academic Counsellors to connect with warm leads, guide them through their decision-making journey, and drive conversions through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities: Make 100-120 warm calls/day (not cold calls) Handle 5 in-depth prospect calls daily (20-25 mins each) Qualify leads from provided data and digital sources Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers Follow up via calls, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversions Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience Work toward monthly sales targets Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset; freshers welcome Comfortable with high call volumes and target-based work Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided) Incentives: Uncapped, performance-based Work Schedule: 5 days/week Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Location: Indore (candidates must be able to work on-site)
