Responsibilities Guide prospective and enrolled learners on academic programmes, course pathways, admission processes, and next steps. Understand learner goals, concerns, and engagement patterns to provide timely, personalised advice. Build strong relationships with students and support them throughout their learning journey. Proactively follow up with learners, identify risks to continuation, and contribute to retention and student-success initiatives. Maintain accurate interaction records, update relevant systems, and coordinate with admissions, operations, and academic teams. Meet service and performance goals while delivering a helpful, professional, and empathetic learner experience. Requirements 1-4 years of experience in academic advising, student counselling, learner support, customer success, retention, or a related role. Experience in edtech, student success courses, learner engagement, or retention will be preferred. Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills. Ability to explain course information clearly and manage multiple learner conversations with accuracy and ownership. Comfort with follow-ups, CRM or support systems, and performance-focused work in a student-centric environment. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based at MG Road, Bangalore, offering a monthly take-home package of ₹45,000.
